This is a longer term plan, that will provide the utmost support and the necessary level of guidance needed to start implementing real, long-lasting lifestyle changes. Over the course of 3 months, I will work closely with you to help you adapt more nutritious foods and healthier lifestyle habits. Starting with an initial health assessment, that includes an overview of your lifestyle and dietary habits, I will create plan designed specifically for you. With a focus on balance, whole foods, and realistic and practical recommendations, your personalized plan will accommodate your likes, dislikes and health goals, while complimenting any existing medical conditions or other therapeutic treatments. In follow-up consultations, we will review and fine-tune your plan to suit your changing dietary and lifestyle needs.

>> One 60-minute health assessment (in person, via video chat, phone, or Facebook messenger) - includes 4 day food journal review.
>> Two (2) 60-minute AND four (4) 30-minute bi-weekly follow-up sessions (in person, via video chat, phone, or Facebook messenger)
>> Customized recipes, meal plans and applicable reference material based on dietary requirements
>> Nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations
>> E-mail support between sessions
