My name is Michele Jamison and as a weight loss and wellness strategist, I work with people just like you! Encouraging people to embrace life, find their inner passions and live the rest of their life in the best shape possible.

After competing against 3000 people nationwide, I won that contest and became a National Body Transformation Champion and broke through the weight loss wall.  I began repeating my own journey with each and every client I coached and went on to build the #1 Transformation Training Center in my town.  Breaking their belief barriers beyond imagination.  - I was hooked. 

In 2013 I launched my online business (without a mega social media following or being the least bit “techy” I may add) and began repeating what I had accomplished face-to-face within an online program.  One-by-one proving distance means nothing. 

Today I work with anyone globally, who are sick-and-tired-of-being-sick-and-tired and are are ready to make a lifestyle change.
