My introduction to the bodybuilding world caused me to become a big-time whey protein powder user…and not just isolate and concentrate, but Casein as well.  And not just once in a while, but on a daily basis, numerous times a day by drinking protein shakes.

I had dropped dairy in 2012 when my uncle’s Oncologist shared some valuable information with me about the connection between dairy and cancer.

Unfortunately, just simply dropping cow’s milk is not dropping dairy.

Cheese, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese sticks, butter, Whey protein powder, Casein protein powder, etc., still in my diet was still dairy.

I believe in investigating, researching, and educating yourself versus just listening to what others have to say and I hope I impress that upon you….

this is my story….
