I provide a confidential, private time-out to step back and reflect on what’s working in your life, what’s not, and why. I work with motivated clients who seek personal growth, increased awareness, and a strong desire to show up strong in their lives regardless of their challenges. My coaching facilitates transformation toward clarity, confidence, and a renewed, self-aware outlook for your daily journey.

>> I prefer to work with my clients in a minimum of 4-week increments for results, however, I’m happy to accommodate your individual needs.


>> Your choice: Phone sessions or in-person coaching for local clients.


>> Regular sessions are 60 minutes @ $125/hour.

Nutrition Assessment

- STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS -

Just getting started is often the hardest part. Whether you want to address a specific health concern, prevent illness, or look and feel your very best, I can show you how to get pointed in the right direction. Through a 1 hour consultation, including a health assessment and review of your diet and lifestyle, I'll send you off with ideas, suggestions, and pointers to get you started on the path to optimal health.


The assessment includes:


>> One 60-minute health assessment/discovery session (in person, via video chat, phone, or Facebook messenger) - includes 4 day food journal review.


>> Recipe suggestions, advice on meal planning and applicable reference material


>> Nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations

Starter Session

- SNAP OUT OF EMOTIONAL EATING -

Starting with an initial 60-minute health assessment, in which I will review your lifestyle and dietary habits, I will create plan designed specifically for you. With a focus on balance, whole foods, and realistic and practical recommendations, your personalized plan will accommodate your likes, dislikes and health goals, while complimenting any existing medical conditions or other therapeutic treatments. In bi-weekly follow-up consultations, we will review and fine-tune your plan to suit your changing dietary and lifestyle needs. This is a great option for those looking to refine their diet or to get started on their wellness journey.


This plan includes:


>> One 60-minute health assessment/discovery session (in person, via video chat, phone, or Facebook messenger) - includes 4 day food journal review.


>> Two (2) bi-weekly 60-minute follow-up sessions (in person, via video chat, phone, or Facebook messenger)


>> Personalized recipes, meal planning guidance and applicable reference material

VIP INTENSIVE

- 12 WEEKS OF INTENTIONAL FOCUS -

This is a longer term plan, that will provide the utmost support and the necessary level of guidance needed to start implementing real, long-lasting lifestyle changes. Over the course of 3 months, I will work closely with you to help you adapt more nutritious foods and healthier lifestyle habits. Starting with an initial health assessment, that includes an overview of your lifestyle and dietary habits, I will create plan designed specifically for you. With a focus on balance, whole foods, and realistic and practical recommendations, your personalized plan will accommodate your likes, dislikes and health goals, while complimenting any existing medical conditions or other therapeutic treatments. In follow-up consultations, we will review and fine-tune your plan to suit your changing dietary and lifestyle needs.


Your personalized nutrition plan will include:


>> One 60-minute health assessment/discovery session (in person, via video chat, phone, or Facebook messenger) - includes 4 day food journal review.


>> Two (2) 60-minute AND four (4) 30-minute bi-weekly follow-up sessions (in person, via video chat, phone, or Facebook messenger)

- FACE-TO-FACE TRANSFORMATION TRAINING -

If you want to lose weight, implement solutions to prevent disease and create a happy, balanced lifestyle, take a step in the right direction by having me work with you face-to-face and coach you one-on-one.


I will come to you at home, at work, or in the great outdoors and help you with your nutrition, fitness, and weight loss goals while helping you remove the most common obstacles that can derail you on your journey to optimal health.

>> In Home Consultation, Goal Assessment/Discovery Session - 1 hr.  Yep, I will sit down and get all up in your heart & head about where you want to go on your journey to optimal health.


>> Kitchen Makeover - Fridge & Pantry Assessment ($150 value) - 1 hr.  I will spend some quality time educating you on how to stock your shelves and why.


>> Nutrition Assessment - Weekly Plan Creation ($125 value) - 30 min - 1 hr.  You'll get a personalized plan with a focus on plant-based whole foods and I'll teach you how to follow it to achieve your goals.


>> 12 Week Written Progressive Workout ($149 value).  Oh yeah! I got you covered with 12 weeks worth of workout focus at home or in the gym!


>> FREE Workout 1st Session to guide you thru your 12 week plan - 1-2 hrs.  Get ready! I will walk you through every exercise and make sure you know how to use your equipment and your form is on point!
