This is the kickstart you've been needing! You will receive up to a 60-minute session (in person, video chat or phone by Facebook Messenger) Michele will dive deep into you, your lifestyle, obstacles with your weight loss, and answer any questions you may have and come out of it with a clear cut game-plan.

NUTRITION PLAN

Finally a doable Plan-Of-Action! You will receive a 4 Week Written Custom Nutrition Plan. Michele will take the information gained in the Assessment Consultation and prepare a real food Nutrition Plan that is sustainable and repeatable for goal achievement.

FOLLOW UP SESSION

We'll put it all together to give you hope! You will receive up to a 60-minute follow-up session to review your prepared plan and discuss ideas & suggestions to achieve sustainable results (in person, video chat or phone by Facebook Messenger)

How It Works

Once your completed payment transaction is received, Michele will contact you by email to welcome you, give you some preliminary information and set up your Assessment Consultation.


Michele will also email you a Food Journal along with instructions on how to fill it out, as well as how to return it.

 
As a Bonus, Michele will prepare a custom video to educate you as she reviews your food journal in an effort to help you understand how the body works for fat loss, where the missing links are in your current eating habits and how to fix it.

 
After the Assessment, Michele will go to work writing your Custom Nutrition Plan and at your Follow Up Session, she will educate you on implementation of your program.
